"Empower Your Existence"

We have two groups of six people and to facilitators. Every group is meeting every other week. Each session lasts three hours.

- Hour 1: philosophical dialogue on the theme, using the IGP method (Individual–Group–Plenary).

- Hour 2: drawing on the theme to discover new ways of thinking and expressing the existential (colored pencils on A3 paper). No drawing skills required.

- Hour 3: guided movement to carefully chosen music, engaging the whole body to experience the themes in a different way.

Individual ExisTherapy

In an individual session, you explore an existential topic together with one of us in a safe space. We combine expressive drawing, reflection on the creative process, and gentle, guided body movement to support grounding, empowerment, and deeper connection with the topic you have chosen. 

Hypnotherapy session

This is NOT the concept mentioned in the other offerings on this page. It is also as an individual session. 

Sven, a certified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, offers a deeper exploration of a topic you would like to work on. This may be something "straightforward" as a habit, or getting in touch with your resources where you feel a lack of mastery or control. 

A deeper dive may be regression to the cause of something that still affects your life, with the intention of completing, releasing or healing of that something. This may also be something traumatic that you would like to address. For more information about hypnotherapy, please visit Sven's site:

Evening sessions

Existherapy is a concept where a small group meets every other week to discuss and work through existential themes with the guidance of a facilitator and a therapist. The three-hour session provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment for participants to share their experiences and work for insight and personal growth.

Weekend retreats

Single day retreat. An alternative to the evening course, with the same concept as the 3-hour sessions. This consists of two 3-hour blocks and takes place in a slightly larger group.


Weekend retreat at Isdammen, Årvoll.  An extended version of the one-day retreat. More topics and more time to reflect and work


Weekend retreat at Hordahytta. A hike together to this wonderful cabin in Lillomarka, where the program is as for the above retreats. We stay the night and cook together.  More info about the cabin: https://www.hordalaget.no/hordahytta/
