At Existherapy.com, we believe that everyone deserves access to emotional and mental support, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we offer a student/low income option for our courses and workshops. Our standard session rate for 3 hour session in small groups is 450 NOK, this includes materials.
We are dedicated and experienced in working with existential topics, reflection, dialogue, creative expression, and movement.
3 hours group therapy session
The group therapy session provided a supportive and non-judgmental environment for participants to share their experiences and work towards personal growth and a feeling of belonging. Student/law income 300 NOK

3 hours individual therapy session
In an individual session, you explore an existential theme together with one of us in a safe, focused space. We combine conversation, expressive drawing, reflection on the creative process, and gentle, guided body movement to support grounding, empowerment, and deeper self-understanding. Sunday workshop
To offer an alternative to the evening course, we have designed a one-day Sunday workshop. The concept is the same as in the 3-hour sessions: we work with existential themes through dialogue, creative expression, and movement. The workshop consists of two 3-hour blocks, with a 1-hour lunch break in between. It takes place in a slightly larger group (up to 10 participants), but we still make sure there is enough time and attention for each individual. Student/low income 600 NOK

Weekend retreat program
2-hour shared hike through the forest in Oslo's Lillomarka to a simple cottage. Common, simple accommodation with fireplace and shared rooms, and the possibility to cook together. Accommodation and workshop materials are included. Student/low income 1900 NOK
