"Empower Your Existence"

We have to groups of six people and to fasilitetors. Every group is meating every other week. Each session runs for three hours.

- Hour 1: philosophical dialogue on the theme, using the IGP method (Individual–Group–Plenary).

- Hour 2: drawing on the theme to discover new ways of thinking and expressing the existential (colored pencils on A3 paper). No drawing skills required.

- Hour 3: guided movement to carefully chosen music, engaging the whole body to experience the themes in a different way.

Individual ExisTherapy

In an individual session, you explore an existential theme together with me in a safe, focused space. We combine conversation, expressive drawing, reflection on the creative process, and gentle, guided body movement to support grounding, empowerment, and deeper self-understanding..

Group ExisTherapy

Existherapy a consept where a small group of individuals meet regularly to discuss and work through existential themes with the guidance of a fasilitator and a therapist. The tre hours session provided a supportive and non-judgmental environment for participants to share their experiences and work towards personal growth and a feeling of belonging.

Weekend ExisTherapy

Sunday workshops. An alternative to the evening course, with the same concept as the 3-hour sessions. Each workshop consists of two 3-hour blocks and takes place in a slightly larger group.
Weekend retreat. A 2-hour shared hike through the forest to a simple cottage, with activity program there, common accommodation in shared rooms and cooking together. From Saturday to Sunday
