"Empower Your Existence"

We have to groups of six people and to fasilitetors. Every group is meating every other week. Each session runs for three hours.

- Hour 1: philosophical dialogue on the theme, using the IGP method (Individual–Group–Plenary).

- Hour 2: drawing on the theme to discover new ways of thinking and expressing the existential (colored pencils on A3 paper). No drawing skills required.

- Hour 3: guided movement to carefully chosen music, engaging the whole body to experience the themes in a different way.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a personal and confidential therapy session between a therapist and one client, aimed at addressing a specific issue or concern.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a small group of individuals meet regularly to discuss and work through their personal issues with the guidance of a trained therapist.

Mindfulness Workshops

Mindfulness workshops offer practical techniques and strategies for individuals to cultivate a greater sense of awareness, focus, and emotional regulation in their daily lives.
